🗝️The Key to Wealth and Happiness
We are all on this quest for wealth and happiness. What that looks like is different to each of us but, ultimately, we are all on this quest together. Some of us find it early on in life, some people find it well into their sunset years, while others never achieve that level of wealth and happiness that they want. I have given this idea some considerable amount of thought lately as I put together my latest book review for my channel. The book is called the Almanack of Naval Ravikant. (The link will be included in my YouTube section down below). I have been very fortunate to say that I have achieved a certain level of happiness in my life, but my road was not traditional. I did not have a set path laid out for me. I always knew what wealth could do for me, but I struggled in life trying to figure out what happiness meant (outside of money). Here is what I found out.
🗝️To be happy in life you have to find something to dedicate your life to and find out what that is as soon as possible. This will help you develop the skills, confidence and experience needed for it to generate wealth for you. There is nothing more important than time. The more time you have to establish yourself in a field, or a profession, or a cause, or whatever, the happier and wealthier you will be.
🗝️If you do not know what that THING is for you, keep trying stuff until you figure it out. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I have always been willing to step in and try new things and learn. The trick here is to be cautious of what you are trying and who you are doing it with. The most important decisions you will make in life are choosing who you friends are, who you marry and how you spend your time. Don’t waste your time with people that aren’t on the same page as you.
I hope you have a passion, cause or purpose to pursue. There has never been a better time to pursue it. All the tools and resources are at our fingertips. Go out and get it!

🏆What I am learning
🎬I am seeing small improvements in my editing. There is so much that I want to do but I do realize that I have to balance the time it takes to do it all vs the need to release content on time. I am accepting the advice of the gurus when it comes to the early stages of growing your YouTube channel, it is more important to put up consistent content than it is for that content to be perfect. It will get better over time as I learn so hang in there with me. I know I can do better editing but let’s dip our toes in the water and gradually build our skills. There is sooo much to learn
⌨️I am learning how to be better at typing. Most of my day is spent on a computer typing so I figure I can increase my productivity by speeding up my typing speed and overall keyboard fluency. I am thinking about doing a video on my journey so I can document it all. If not, I will at least report back to you here in m y projects section on how I am doing
🎯I am learning a lot about…..learning, especially how to learn from online courses. I am fine tuning a curated list of learning resources available for my quest to become a blockchain developer. I found multiple great videos on this topic over the past week that I want to share with everyone. Once that list is put together you can bet that I will share that with you.
📖What I am reading
I am still working through my sample of The Minimalist Entrepreneur. I will be buying the full version shortly along with the rest of my reading plan for the year. This will be one of twelve books that I will be buying as my plan is to read one book a month in 2022. If you are interested in this book, you can Purchase the Minimalist Entrepreneur Here

🏗️ Studio makeover: It’s been over a year since I set up my work from home office. There is a lot that I have learned over this year that will help make the space more comfortable and productive. I just ordered some things from Amazon. I will share you some photos and descriptions in the coming weeks.
✅New Business Checklist: As a serial side-hustler I have started a lot of businesses and one of the most common setbacks I see from others is the inability to get started. There seems to be some serios fear and confusion about how to start. I realize there are still plenty of people that want to pursue their passions but don’t where or how to start their business, so I decided to help out and create a comprehensive checklist and resource guide to help them. Stay tuned…
🚀Becoming a Blockchain Developer: I am curating a complete roadmap for others that are looking to become blockchain developers which will include videos, articles, and courses that will help them get there.
👍What I am loving
🔥Pura Smart Home Fragrances - My wife and I started using these Pura Home Fragrances a few months ago. We were introduced to it by some YouTube influencer and thought we would give it a try. I have to say that I love these things. It is a diffuser that you connect to your electrical outlet, and they have slots for two different fragrances. They have a wide array of fragrances to choose from. Just open the cap and pop the fragrances into the diffuser and control all the settings from your smart phone. I happen to like the Ocean Mist & Sea Salt fragrance. I have to admit, they are a little expensive for “fragrances” so definitely a splurge, but it lifts up the whole vibe of the house. I don’t have an affiliate link for them yet, but you can check them out here: Pura Smart Home Fragrances
📺Ozark update: WE ARE UP TO DATE. Now we can talk about it. Looking forward to the second half of season four. Rumor has it the new episodes will air in April sometime.
📊Random Insights
It’s been a heavy week this week. With escalating tensions with Russia and the news of some more deaths of people that I know, I find myself much more in tune with my gratefulness. I am very grateful for the opportunities that I have in my life. I am grateful to have people that I love and care about that also care about me. I am grateful to be able to make choices on how I pursue my dreams and ambitions and most of all, I am grateful for life and health. I do not know what caused the death of a former business associate. I just read the Facebook message from her husband announcing her death and it impacted more than it probably should have. We weren’t friends at any level, but we worked together for a short period of time when I was in Las Vegas. My company was one of her clients and we worked together on some public relations and media interests. She was young, talented and full of passion for life. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. We only know that we are here right now. Let’s all make the best of every day. Be grateful for what you have, spend time with those you love doing things that you love to do. Make a choice to be happy today.
